This insinuation statements by Dr. A A Kaliisa: Yes. If they hold guns, President Museveni is capable of doing worse than what Amin did. 

This kind of innuendos by this certain Dr. Kaliisa is quite sad because the late LUWUM did not have any gun, but only his bible. He was murdered simply because he was an ACOLI, but nothing more!
